    Need more Admins

    March 1, 2013 by Riku's Love

The two admins that are listed on this page have not edited in months. We need to add more admins so that users have more structure. Admins need to be able to be contacted if anything is wrong, and with both inactive who gets that job? The admins are in charge of the following:

Deleting and undeleting pages, page histories, and uploaded files.

Locking (protecting) a page so it cannot be edited or renamed by users without admin rights or autoconfirmed status.

Blocking IP addresses or user names from editing; and very quick "rollback" of undesirable edits.

    • Editing the interface by changing system messages and skins.

But since they are inactive, none of these can happen. I believe we need to add atleast two to three more admins who are active.

The Lost Prince has finally come out!! The reviews are slim pickings but here is what we found for you in case you are wondering if you should read the book or not!

"I loved seeing my favorite characters, Grimalkin and Puck, along with Meghan, Ash, and Razor, come together again for another fun dangerous adventure. The action is truly non-stop while keeping you guessing as to who is behind everything...and who is who." - Amazon review

"I will say that Julie Kagawa is a master at world building. We are reintroduced to the Nevernever again, and her descriptions of the landscape and the inhabitants is just as amazing and detailed as it was in the Iron Fey series. I could listen to her world descriptions all day long. She has a way of painting th…

The Lost Prince comes out on October 23, 2012, but, for people new to the series or to the works of Julie Kagawa in general, here is a starter's guide!

Julie Kagawa's first series, the Iron Fey series is about a half human, half fae girl named Meghan Chase who gets drawn into the faery world. In this series, the Faery realms have always weathered the clash of Summer and Winter fey, the Seelie and Unseelie Courts, but there is a new breed forged by Man's insatiable pursuit of technological superiority: the Iron fey. The fate of all faeries hangs in the balance, but Meghan somehow is the greatest weapon in this epic magical war!

Kagawa also has a vampire series coming out called Blood of Eden! It is also a supernatural book and involves vampir…

When you're editing a page, please please PLEASE make sure to press the PREVIEW button before PUBLISHING. I'm tired of going through pages and having to re-do all the templates because you deleted it by accident or something, and not being able to go back and rollback it. It's ANNOYING.

I've been having a badge-getting palooza when I noticed how many stubs there were that weren't stubbed. SERIOUSLY?!

Ok, yes, this is a copy from my actual blog, but I figure since SOPA actually could affect Wikia, I might as well post is here. You can find my blog at:

I hope this is how blogs work on wikia...and that it's not just supposed to be about iron fey. If not...oh well... Admittedly, I do very rarely watch the news. I have no wish to see who died this week, or which part of the constitution is being overlooked. It’s not that I don’t care, I just find it extremely depressing. And the reports on politics sound just like a whole bunch of bickering over nonsense. Ember informs me that I probably have a better grasp of politics than most people if this is how I truly see it.

Today, however, I heard on the news that they ar…

    Y'all Wondering

    September 24, 2011 by Nightfern

Lol, I'm sure you peoples are wondering why I'm not editing like a nutcase.

The Iron Fey books I got were from the library, and I had to return them, so I'm waiting until somewhere along October to go to Barnes and Noble with my various giftcards to buy them then, since a bunch of awesome books are also coming out.

I take ALL the information straight from the book, so because I don't have it, I'm not risking writing any untrue stuff.

    Deleted Balcony Scene

    September 4, 2011 by Nightfern

I don't know if you guys saw this already, but I saw that Julie released a deleted balcony scene featured Ash and Meghan Chase. I loved this scene so much, so I'll share it... :D

I stepped close and slipped my arms around his waist, hearing his quiet intake of breath as I pulled him against me. “That was a long time ago,” I murmured, pressing my cheek to his back, listening to his thudding heart. “You’ve changed since then. That Ash wouldn’t protect a silly human girl with his life, or become her knight, or walk into exile with her. Every step of the way, you’ve always been there, right beside me. I’m not letting you go now.”

“I’m a coward.” Ash’s voice was subdued. “If I cared for you as much as I should, I would end my life and the curse alo…
